Happy holidays! Our holiday rush is continuing at kajeet as we turn our focus from making sure our phones arrive on time to making sure our customers have a great experience as they activate their new phones.
Here are some tips for new customers activating their phones during this holiday time:
Activate on-line for the fastest service. Activate your phone on-line here. Please note that you cannot activate on-line in the following situations:
You are activating a phone for a child under 13 years of age and don’t have a credit card.
You want to transfer your existing phone number from another cell phone service to your new kajeet phone.
You are an existing kajeet customer and you would like to “switch” your phone number to a new kajeet phone.

12/22 9:00am – 11:00pm
12/23 9:00am – 11:00pm
12/24 9:00am – 11:00pm
12/26 8:00am – 11:00pm
12/27 8:00am – 11:00pm
