My daughter is 11, I got her this phone when she was 10 and SHE LOVES IT. My husband has an Iphone and I have an LG “android” phone and she likes her Sanyo better! She can text so fast on it and the best feature we both love about it it..the front cover on the screen. I have never seen the type of plastic they use on it. It was built for durablility!! She has dropped it over 100 times and it DON’T CRACK!!! It is soooo tough, it is perfect for kids!

Hi – No – that’s not possible! Virtually all cell phone providers lock their phones so they can’t be used on another service. That’s because cell phone providers don’t tend to make money on the phones (in fact, they are often sold at or below their cost). You will need to use the phones available from your provider. Carol

Hi Carmen, It is not possible to flash a Sprint phone to kajeet. Sprint phones are locked to Sprint accounts. You would need to purchase a kajeet phone to operate it on the kajeet service. Check out our new line-up! Carol

Hello, quick question. I know this has nothing to do with the Sanyo 2700 but i guess it matches the category.

Can you flash SPRINT phones to KAJEET? For example, lets say I want to flash a Plam Centro or the Samsung Rant to Kajeet. Can I do that?

Hi Lacy,

I think you will find the kajeet network (we use the Sprint digital network) performs well. Boost uses iDEN, and this is a different networking technology than is used by kajeet. SMS in particular will perform in a similar manner to all other standard networks out there.

kajeet does not modify the handset screen – screensavers and the text menu are formatted appropriately for each handset. I personally use the 2700 and like it a lot – especially the threaded texting feature which really enhances the texting experience. The 2700 also has a great screen size – it is a nice handset for those that like to use the internet.

Ok so, Im really worried about getting a phone from kajeet, because of boost mobile.. Boost mobile, to me has the most annoying screen ever! And everything loads so slow, and texting takes forever. Does kajeet have their own screen like boostmoble does? And if you do, what does it look like? Like, when you text, or the screensaver. Or is it just adjusted like, verizon wireless, Or to whoever made the phone, I really liek the sanyo 2700, but what will the screen look like? Thank you(:
