Hi Blake,

You can email as well. Send your email to the following address (but make sure to format as a text format - not HTML):

mobilenumber@mobile.kajeet.net

There is typically an option when you are composing a message that allows you to select "plain text", "rich text", or "html". The default is often HTML. When sending a text to a kajeet user phone, select "plain text".

(It is clear we need a full page on this that is easy for our customers to find. I'll feed back to product on this topic.)

OK, the web interface works -- thanks -- but it would be wonderful if you could enable direct emailing. Right now, you can't reply to a Kajeet user's text, the email bounces, so it's difficult to hold a conversation this way. Perhaps you could enable direct email-to-text sometime in the future -- that would be great!

Hi, I am used to being able to text cell phone users from my laptop, and wondered if I could text a kajeet user this way? E.g. verizon allows you to text any user using their phone number + vtext.com ... is this possible with kajeet? Thanks a ton!

To make the minutes roll over, we will have to increase prices. Rather than do this, we have decided to have very economical plans and make it very low cost to add minutes. If you want to economize, buy a plan that is at or under what you need. Minutes above your plan are only $.10!

Rollover plans have higher $$ cost/minute - and they often have overage charges which push you to purchase a larger bundle of minutes (to avoid penalties when you go over). Why buy more than you need?

Yes, you can control text. There are three ways to do this:

1. Through the Contact Manager. Any numbers you block or otherwise control will have limitations applied to voice, text, and picture messaging

2. Through the TimeManager. Any time blocks will prevent text and pictures during these periods.

3. By calling Care. 1-866-452-5338. They can turn off text entirely. (Note that you can turn off picture messaging and control other optional features from the kajeet.com parental controls dashboard.
