Whether you’ve experienced this firsthand or not, you should know that we’ve been dealing with some growing pains, notably with the recent transition of our Customer Care center. The effort was more time-intensive than anticipated and we’ve gotten some negative feedback as a result.

We’re working hard – and moving fast – to meet your needs, but sometimes, we make mistakes. Your experience as a kajeet customer will always be our number one priority.
