Thanks for placing your confidence in kajeet. The decision to give your kid a cell phone is not an easy one to make and we appreciate that you have placed your trust in kajeet to keep your family connected.
Whether you’ve experienced this firsthand or not, you should know that we’ve been dealing with some growing pains, notably with the recent transition of our Customer Care center. The effort was more time-intensive than anticipated and we’ve gotten some negative feedback as a result.
Please be assured: we are working diligently to resolve these issues and make sure you receive the top-notch Customer Care we strive to deliver. We’re working hard – and moving fast – to meet your needs, but sometimes, we make mistakes. Your experience as a kajeet customer will always be our number one priority.
When I started kajeet, I did so with the dream of providing the best, safest, most reliable cell phone service for parents and their kids. I thank you for your continued support in helping us make this dream a reality.
